Very very easy to make and it just takes a couple of minutes so if you crave a snack this would be it! You can play around with the ingredients and go creative. Here’s my idea:
1 banana, sliced
4tbsp Tia Maria (or Bailey’s, Whiskey etc.)
6 brownie bites (e.g. from Tesco)
60g greek-style yogurt
60g condensed milk + 2 extra tbsp spoons
chopped hazelnuts, to sprinkle on top
1. Place the brownie bites on the bottom on the glass and splash with Tia Maria. Layer the banana slices on top.
2. Mix the yogurt with 60g of condensed milk and cover the bananas. Sprinkle with hazelnuts and some condensed milk.
