Banana Hazelnut Crepes

Ran out of breakfast ideas? This is awesome! I always have a sweet breakfast because then I have to whole day to burn the calories and somehow I crave sweets less throughout the day if I start a day with a sugar-bomb! So here we go… Guilt-free breakfast 😉

Serves: 1-2


For the pancakes (makes 3-4):

15g butter

1 egg

100g flour

100ml milk

For the filling:

40g greek-style yogurt

40g condensed milk

1 banana, sliced

roasted chopped hazelnuts, to sprinkle

1. The a large bowl whisk together the flour, egg and milk.

2. Butter the pan and heat it over high heat. Pour the batter onto the pan and tilt the pan with a circular motion so the batter coats the surface of the pan evenly.

3. Cook the crepe or about 2 minutes until lightly browned and then turn on the other side.

4. For the filling: combine the yogurt with condensed milk and spread on the crepes. Place slices of bananas on the yogurt and sprinkle with hazelnuts. Voilà!
