Perfect with a cup of milk or tea!
Equipment: 18-20 cm square tin, baking paper
I use a normal 220ml tea cup as a measure.
1 1/4 cup caster sugar
2 bananas, sliced
100g white chocolate
100g unsalted butter
200g self-raising flour
1. Preheat the oven to 180C. Melt the butter, sugar, white chocolate and condensed milk in a medium pot over very low heat. If you substitute condensed milk with carmel they will be more gooey – condensed milk on the other hand will just make the blondies very moist so it’s your call!
2. Cool down a bit and then add the eggs and fold in the sifted flour and sliced bananas.
3. Pour into the (lined with baking paper) tin and bake for 45 minutes until golden. Open the oven and leave the blondies inside for 15-20 minutes to cool down.
