Quick, yummy and healthy lunch!
Preparation time: 10 min.
40g Goats’ cheese, crumbled
10 small seedless red grapes, halved
6-7 walnut halves, halved (yes.. halve the halves)
1 tsp balsamic vinegar, to taste
2 tsp olive oil
salt and pepper, to season
Serve with warm baguette
1. Place the rocket, grapes and walnut in a bowl, then season with salt and pepper.
2. In a small tea cup combine the vinegar and olive oil and stir vigorously. Splash over the salad and mix well. Crumble the goat cheese over the salad and serve with warm baguette.
