1 hard boiled egg, quartered
5 green (or black) olives, halved
35g tuna steak in sunflower oil (e.g. John West Tuna Steak)
5 cherry tomatoes, quartered
Parmesan shavings, to top
splash of French dressing
1. Well… it really can’t get any easier than this! Just mix all the ingredients in a bowl and you have a quick Nicoise salad! For the full-blown version you can add a small boiled potato (chopped), sliced red onion and French green beans. It’s really yummy and healthy!
