Probably my favorite dessert… It tastes best when you use fresh mascarpone but since you can only get that in Italy…normal mascarpone will have to do anywhere else 😉
This recipe makes double what you can see in the picture.
Ingredients:
6 eggs
120 g sugar
350-400 g savoiardi biscuits
500 g mascarpone
espresso 4-6 cups
